Tonia Cheree Terrell entered heaven's gates on September 25, 2024.
Born November 22, 1960, in Dallas, Tx to Annie Jewell and Felton Lefall. As a child, she and her mother moved to Los Angeles where she would grow up with her mother and step father Lawrence Davis.
Upon completion of her education, she spent some time working for the Los Angeles Unified School District as a school bus driver and later in life working in Administration once relocating back to Texas. She met Ronald Turner and from their union had two children Tyesha and Jeremy Turner.
Affectionately known to many as "Cheree", she had a servant's heart and she dedicated much of her life to doing the Lord's work, often caring for and helping those in need. She was a devout Christian that loved to read her bible frequently. One of her favorite verses being Psalms 46: 1-11. Her favorite color was purple and much like the colors association she was rare, powerful and full of wisdom. She was a fashionista who enjoyed life, she loved hard and looked forward to creating memories with her family whom she loved with all of her heart especially her grandchildren.
Tonia leaves memories and is survived by her daughter: Tyesha Jackson of Grand Prairie, Tx (Rayford); Son: Jeremy Turner (Lakisha) Clarksville, TN; Three Siblings: brother Byron Davis and sisters, Simone Lefall and Diane Lewis. Five grandchildren:
Yariana, Dejanae, Madicyn-Rae, Eunique, and Maurice. Her family tree extends and lives on as she also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, and other family and friends whom she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents Annie Jewell, Lawrence Davis and Felton Lefall; Grandparents Reverend James and Rebecca Terrell; and her children father Ronald Turner.
