Billy Carl Levingston, 61, was born on April 18, 1964, in Fort Worth, Texas, to the proud parents of Billy Joe Levingston and Emma Jean. 

Billy received his formal education through the Fort Worth Independent School District. He later became a dedicated and faithful employee at Harris Hospital, where he worked as a janitor for over 20 years. Through his hard work and commitment, Billy took great pride in making sure others were cared for in a clean and welcoming environment. His work ethic and consistency spoke volumes about the type of man he was—dependable, humble, and devoted.

Outside of work, Billy had a personality that truly shined. He was a faithful and die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys—a loyalty that never wavered, no matter the season. Win or lose, Billy stood by his team with pride. He also enjoyed trying his luck with lottery tickets and scratch-offs, always hopeful and optimistic that the next ticket might be “the one.” Those small joys brought him excitement and laughter, often shared with family and friends.

On February 7, 2026, Billy quietly departed this earthly life. Though his presence will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Left in the caring hands of God are his beloved daughter, Deshunda Levingston-Fillmore (Shantell); his devoted sisters, Debora Levingston-Brown, Linda Levingston, and Chantel; three cherished grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will continue to honor his life and legacy.

Billy’s life reminds us that greatness is not always found in grand gestures, but in faithfulness, loyalty, hard work, and love. His legacy will live on through the family he cherished and the countless lives he touched.
