Betty Lou Krauter
October 3, 1931 – August 11, 2025
With hearts full of love and gratitude for her life, we announce the passing of Betty Lou Krauter, who went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 11, 2025, at the age of 93.
Born on October 3, 1931, to Bertha Fohrman and Warden Krauter, Betty grew up in a large, close-knit family. She was preceded in death by her ten sisters, and is survived by her beloved brother Warden “Sonny” Krauter, sister Anita Erdmann, cherished granddaughter Stephanie, great-grandchildren Joshua, RV, and Destin, and three precious great-great-grandchildren. Betty was deeply loved by her many nieces, nephews, and countless friends—especially those from her church family.
Betty was known as a faithful prayer warrior whose unwavering faith touched and encouraged all who knew her. She enjoyed the simple joys of life—working in her yard, reading her favorite books, and spending time on the beautiful beaches of Florida. Her warm heart, listening ear, and steadfast prayers will be dearly missed.
A woman of grace and devotion, Betty’s life reflected the truth of 2 Timothy 4:7: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
Her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
