Celebrating the Life of Andra Dewayne Oliver

Aka-Lemon Head

October 2, 1983 – September 3, 2026

“A Life. A Vibe. A Legacy

Andra Dewayne Oliver was born October 2, 1983, to Mattie Lou Johnikin and the late George Jackson in Lake Providence, Louisiana.

Andra was his mother's baby boy. She was so proud of her son. Andra was the baby of 9 siblings. His older brother Van Johnikin who Proceeded him in death. Andra was 9th child and he was definity the baby of the bunch he was treated just like that. He gave every body a nickname in his family.

For 42 years, Andra brought his own energy, laughter, personality, and unforgettable presence into the lives of everyone blessed to know him.

If you really knew Andra, then you already know—he was a whole vibe!

Andra loved having a good time. Turn on some good R&B, get the family and friends together, and Andra was right at home. He loved to party, laugh, joke, and enjoy life and somewhere along the way, he was probably going to start singing! Whether anybody handed him a microphone or not didn’t matter—Andra was going to give you a selection. He loved being the life of the party, and his personality could bring energy into any room.

Then there was his PS5. Once Andra picked up that controller and got locked into a game, you might as well get comfortable because getting him off was another story! Gaming was his time to compete, relax, talk a little noise, and enjoy himself.

Andra was also a serious sports and football fan. When it came to the NFL, he stood with the New England Patriots, and on Saturdays, he represented LSU. Football season gave him one more reason to enjoy the competition, excitement, and good times with the people around him.

But beyond the music, parties, games, football, jokes, and singing, there was something even more important to Andra—his family. Spending time with the people he loved meant everything to him. Those moments, whether big celebrations or just everyday time together, became memories that will now be treasured forever.

Andra was unapologetically Andra. He enjoyed life in his own way. He laughed, He loved and he was a very honest person and didn't hold anything back. Andra was going to give you the hard truth about any situation. He sang—even when nobody asked him to. He made memories, and most importantly, he left his mark. Andra was not only a role model but he was father figure to many especially his nieces and nephews.

Andra leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Mattie Oliver, whom he loved deeply and dearly. Their bond was one that could never be replaced, and his love and appreciation for his mother remained close to his heart throughout his life. He leaves behind his three beloved children, Aryanna Oliver ,Andra Oliver Jr., Kei Andra Tyson, who will forever carry his love and memories with them, and his one precious granddaughter Andraya Oliver, who brought an extra special joy to his life.

He also leaves his siblings: James Johnikin, George Johnikin, Kenneth Johnikin, Darrell Johnikin (Gina), Hasane Oliver, and among them, Sherita Oliver and Sharon Johnikin held an especially extraordinary place in Andra’s heart. Although they were siblings by blood, their relationship went far beyond that of brother and sister. There was a special bond between Andra , Sherita and Sharon was special. They were someone he could leaned on, someone who loved him deeply, and someone whose presence brought comfort and strength to his life. Their connection was special, genuine, and unmistakable—a bond that words can hardly describe, but one that those who witnessed it will never forget. He was also his brother keeper. He most of all was about his family business.

Andra shared a special brotherhood and friendship with his best friends for over 30 plus years Charles and Curtis Lewis (Pimp & Cerv ) Julius Wiley (Butch) They stood tall for their brother. He grew a brotherly bond with Len, JuJu, Carlos, Marco, Bill Bill, Medew, Twan and so many others. Andra was a rare one. He also leaves behind a special friend Rochelle Walters.

He also leaves two special nephews King whom Andra called "Big Fatu" from there enjoyment of watching WWE together. Antwan "Dude" whom Andra loved to reward for doing good in school. He was also the father figure to all his ALL nieces especially BB, Nayla  and a host of other relatives, extended family, friends, and loved ones who will forever carry his memory.

At only 42 years old, it feels like the music stopped too soon and the controller was put down before the game was over. But the impact Andra made cannot be measured simply by the number of years he lived.

So when you hear that R&B song that makes you turn it up a little louder, when the Patriots or LSU take the field, when somebody grabs the controller and says, “One more game,” or when that one person at the party starts singing like they have a record deal—think about Andra and smile.

Because although his earthly party has come to an end, we trust that the God Andra loved has called him from this life into eternity.

Rest easy, Andra.

The game is saved.

The music still plays.

The memories remain.

And your legacy lives on.
